All to often we spend day in and day out behind a desk working and its not what we should be doing, obviously is you want to be rich or even have a job you actually have to do this at some point but people will work 8-12 hours a day to then sit at home and do nothing all day.
Boost Your Mood
If you start the gym or even start running or walking most days I can almost guarantee that you will feel better in yourself I noticed it when I started, you may be sore and have a few aches and pains for the first few months but I think the impact it has on your mood far out ways any small amounts of pain you may feel trust me you’ll likely do more in your time outside the gym than you would’ve had you not gone.
You’ll Be More Productive
This is just leading on from the last part a bit i’ve found doing something scubas going to the gym makes me feel like i’m having a winning day so I wanna win some more making me more productive at home, like I say it doesn’t even have to be a full on gym session even a half an hour walk will do it may not do as much for you as a workout would do but its a start, its pointless going from 0 to 100 and stopping its fine to go from 0 to 10 10 to 20 etc. and work your way up.
it will keep you healthier for longer
This is stating the obvious but its true the longer you can stay healthier for the longer you can either work on your dreams or the longer you can enjoy your life in other ways its basic but it will honestly make a big difference to your life.
